Foot Locker. All Star Weekend Orlando

The Foot Locker x Nike setup outside was CRAZY! All eight All Star shoes on display to drool over. Both the NSW & Nike Basketball collections are amazing.
The Nike Basketball Collection never had a chance. It didn’t get released. I’m pretty sure you’ve heard all the negative press by now about the violence , the crowd
the mobb, the helicopters, the police etc…

Everyone has an opinion about what went down, who to blame and how this all could have been avoided. The media is having a field day with this. I personally
think it’s Foot Locker’s fault. If Nike only made 2500 pair of “Galaxy” Foamposites and gave the Orlando HOH 150 pair, why would Foot Locker allow thousands
of people to lineup, loiter, wait, sit around, get antsy, violent etc?

aside from that, the display and the energy after the chaos was awesome!

An interesting addition to the setup was the customization area. There customers could have a tee screen printed, have a hoodie embroidered and even request
a pair of Nike Elite “Galaxy Socks.”

Nike Basketball had a “Launch Command” photo booth setup with a green screen where you could take a “Galaxy” inspired picture.

Bron Bron came by. As did other Nike Basketball endorsed players.
