Last night’s line-up of NBA games featured one stand out match-up and that was between the New York Knicks and the Boston Celtics. The Boston Celtics came into Madison Square Garden without their leader and star point guard Rajon Rondo and managed to hand the New York Knicks their 11th loss of the season by defeating them 102-96. What made the NY/BOS game a stand-out last night was the battle between the Knicks’ Carmelo Anthony and the Celtics’ Kevin Garnett; a battle that almost continued after the game; in a tunnel at MSG. During the game Melo told KG that he would see him after the game and well, he sure did try as you will see in a video below.

In addition to the excitement of competition between two of the NBA’s biggest stars we seen Melo brake out another colorway of his latest Jordan Brand sneaker, the Jordan Melo M9, in a white/black-blue colorway. While Melo was the center of attention in the NBA last night he wasn’t the only player in nice footwear and the images below of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Tristan Thompson, the Chicago Bulls’ Joakim Noah, and the New York Knicks’ Jason Kidd will show that.

Here is Melo and KG during last night’s game.

Here is Melo after last night’s game.
