NIKE X 2011 PAN AMERICAN GAMES BACKBOARD HI/LO AZ

Last year, the 2011 Pan American Games were held in Guadalajara. In efforts to support the games, the fans and the athletes, Nike Sportswear
released a very limited pack. When I first saw a picture of the collection, I immediately thought the silhouettes were a BIG Nike and a Dunk Low.
After a little research, I realized that they were Backboard Hi & Lows. I had never even heard of these models until then. I had the opportunity to
grap a pair of each from Mexico City  for less then $60 US. Months later, after a friends having another friend bring them into the states for me,
they’re here. Strange, Different and I like. If you click the link above and do some browsing you can see right away where the color blocking comes
from. Inspired by the colors and logo of the games. S/O to my good friend homie Xavier putting me on to these and for also making sure they reached
the  states in safely.

 The only thing these shoe are missing are the little mascot characters. It would have been dope if they were incorporated into the design in some way.
