Last night (Oct 30th 2012), Samsung Mobile US celebrated Miami Heat all-star forward LeBron James’ achievement as the MVP of 2012 with the launch of “The Next Big Thing & The Ring.”
Building off the momentum of the Galaxy Note II New York and Los Angeles launch events, Samsung Mobile celebrated the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note II along with LeBron James’ rise to becoming the “next big thing” at the Soho Beach House Club in Miami, FL. There, they showcased Samsung’s latest device, the Galaxy Note II, in interactive experiences for attendees that included LeBron James, his teammates including Ray Allen, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh, Miami Heat owner Micky Arison, team president Pat Riley, friends, family, influencers and celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Gabrielle Union and St. Louis Cardinals outfielder and Miami local Jon Jay. I was also fortunate to receive an invite. It was great event; and I actually had an awesome time. It was good to see the players mingling with friends, family and everyone else that was there. Samsung also raffled of 27 Galaxy Note IIs near the end of the night; before I left. What a way to start the 2012/2013 Season. Thanks to Samsung for the invite; and the experience. Also I didn’t a Galaxy Note II, I can say that it’s one awesome device. Below are some pictures that were taken during the launch event.
